Schoolgirl Style

I don't know what it is about wearing high-waisted skirts with tucked in shirts, but I always feel like a schoolgirl.  Of course, I know I'm totally playing on this look by adding in the socks & bright-colored shoes...but it's too much fun, and to be honest, I think it's an über cute look.  What do you guys think of schoolgirl style?

    P.S. Would love to hear about how you spot a fake Chanel bag? I've heard that if someone goes to Paris wearing a fake Chanel, they could, like, get arrested or something? Ha, I think that's crazy, but I guess it's somewhat understandable. Not sure if it's true though...
