Introducing Yurii

I know that a lot of you guys caught glimpses of Yurii from the past few posts or from my numerous instagram (@a_fashion_files) photos, (hey, I'm a new puggy-mom! :) but I felt like I needed to formally introduce him to the world, or at least to those of you who read my blog. :)

If any of you have ever read my "About me" blurb, then you know how I've had a long obsession with pugs (I should probably change that now!) and so I felt so lucky when I had the opportunity to adopt Yurii.  He's such a funny little guy and we feel so privileged to have him in our little family. :)

PS- last night I went to the Hello Kitty for F21 launch party & Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part II 10p sneak peak!!  Did any of you guys shop online for the F21 Hello Kitty collection?!!  Are there any other Twihards here that went to the 10p sneak or 12a showing? :)

1. Car ride home after I first picked him up!  So happy & excited! :)



2. Working hard...errr...maybe playing on photobooth :); 3. Yurii, wondering if he is a pug or a frog;
4. On the first night, already sleeping on me :); 5. Being introduced to our paper pug, Frankie.  Yurii was so confused as to why he didn't have a scent! 


6. Peeking out from around the corner; 7. This was the photo I used to introduce him on FB.  I can't get over his little one tooth! :)

8. Asking me to carry him up the stairs; 9. Sunbathing




10. Just being cute; 11. Looking like a mix between ET, Yoda and an Ewok; 12. Sleeping on my lap while I'm at work; 13. Hiding under the covers on a cold morning; 14. Snuggling with dad; 15. Being tortured with a tutu that my MIL got me while I was in my "I want to be a ballerina" phase :)

  37. Pugs are so cute! You are so lucky to have attended the Hello Kitty F21 collection. It's awesome! I think they created some really fun pieces. All the tickets are sold out here for the movie. So I'll have to wait. Great post!

  88. Lucky you!!!He is a beauty.
    i am a pug lover and just really really want to remind you that you should keep an eye on Yurii's weight.
    Pugs look cuter when they are fat, but its indeed very bad for their heath and bones.
    Also their body structure(short and thin legs) don't quite allow them to walk stairs too often.

    Hope you and Yurii would make the sweetest mom and son on earth!
